Sophie Micallef – Intellectual Property Law Specialist
After ten years with Denis Monégier du Sorbier in a specialised niche firm and at Linklaters (Paris) in the Intellectual Property Department, she set up her own boutique in 2006. Her scope of advice includes working with foreign groups, French international companies and middle size domestic clients for any intellectual property question with a focus in patent, trade mark and model/ design litigation. She will be in charge of developing the LMBE Intellectual Property Department as from the 1st of June 2009.
Philippe Joly, Real Estate
Pursuant to working with Real Estate specialized firms, Philippe Joly joined Salans to develop the Real Estate / Construction and Project Developments Department and was appointed Of Counsel in 2006.
He advises and represents his clients (investment funds, developers, project managers) in front of courts for any real estate issues including zoning, construction, acquisition and marketing. Philippe Joly will be responsible for developing the LMBE real estate department as from the 1st of June.
