Before joining LMBE, Nathalie LE BRIS, practiced as an associate within the law firms Lefèvre Pelletier et Associés and Watson Farley and as a partner within the law firms Orrick and Carreras Barsikian Robertson et Associés. Nathalie LE BRIS advises both French and foreign clients in all the corporate aspects and in the mergers and acquisitions field.

Before joining LMBE, François VEUILLOT did make a great part of his career within the law firm Landwell, of which he was a partner and then acted, for six years, as a partner within the law firm Carreras Barsikian Robertson et Associés. François VEUILLOT is a specialist in corporate taxation and restructuring and also dedicates to the real estate taxation and tax litigation.

Anne-Carole TANGUY did develop an expertise in business and corporate law especially applied to small and medium-sized firms, both French and foreign, that she assists at all the stages of their development within an international context. Anne-Carole TANGUY joined LMBE as a partner, after practicing as an associate for more than ten years within the law firm Johns and then within the “Dutch desk” of the Mergers and Acquisitions department of the law firm Lefèvre Pelletier et Associés.
