Our mastery of the main European languages contributes to making LMBE a firm that is particularly capable of assisting the creation, growth and business operations of companies throughout the European Union, as well as assisting companies that are established outside Europe.

We were active in Spain to assist a client in creating security interests designed to guarantee collection of receivables owed by a Spanish entity.

We carried out an analysis of the feasibility and terms and conditions of a cross-border restructuring transaction involving France and Spain. In France, we represent the interests of Italian clients with the assistance of Italian colleagues.

Outside Europe, we have broaden our international clientele with instructions received from clients in Kenya, Russia, USA, Australia, India. We also completed the incorporation of a Korean company’s French subsidiary and provided complete legal services in connection with this transaction to the company’s Korean, Japanese and Australian shareholders.

In addition to the firm’s ability to produce quality documents in English, the linguistic abilities of several of our lawyers have enabled us to form two specially dedicated teams, each made up of a partner and an associate. One of these teams specialises in Franco-German relations and is a member of the Franco-German consulate and of the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce, and the other team specialises in Franco-Italian relations and is a member of the Franco-Italian Chamber of Commerce.

In addition, one of our partners, who spent two years in Japan, is a member of the Franco-Japanese Chamber of Commerce.
